Important Tips for Members

  • Check Your Folders: If you haven't heard from us, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders. If you find our email there, mark it as "Not Spam".

  • Membermojo Emails: Since our bulk email system uses membermojo.co.uk, it is particularly important to whitelist that address to ensure you receive your renewal reminders and digital membership cards.

  • Work Emails: If you are using a corporate email address, your company's "Firewall" may block automated emails. If the steps above don't work, you may need to ask your IT department to "allow-list" the domain membermojo.co.uk.
